OHR aerator

No-clogging principle:

When air is supplied from the bottom, it also brings in about 1.3 times the air volume of water to the aerator, causing a strong swirling flow. The internal mushroom-type blade finely crushes air and water upwards due to the centrifugal force. Crushed air and water, being guided to the bottom of the tank due to strong circulation, will again be brought into the aerator.

Benefits of OHR aerator:

no clogging, no deposit of sludge, maintenance free due to no moving parts, reducing power consumption by 25%~70%.

Variance of performance at different time

The greatest advantage of the OHR aerator is that its structure never clogs, thus there are no efficiency decreases or performance degradation problems. The above diagram shows comparison with the traditional diffuser that is degraded when it is clogged.
