The jet aerator system is mainly made up of a Venturi nozzle. After water is drawn in, it passes through the nozzle with a high speed. Air enters from the throat and immediately mixes with water to aerate and produce fine bubbles. It is used in the equalization tank and any aerobic biological treatment.

Features of the jet aerator: High oxygen transfer efficiency, transfer of oxygen demand can be separately controlled, low power consumption, and the internal and external nozzles are made by precision casting in one piece to ensure smooth jet flow. It can be used in deep layer aeration and in case of high MLSS. Compared to other aeration system it requires smaller reacting tank, thus saving space.
