This product will guide the outflow of the floc tank for chemical treatment or the outflow of the aeration tank for biological treatment into the flow regulation well and reduce the flow speed to allow suspended materials in water to consolidate into larger flocs before being settled at the bottom of the tank. Then, sludge is accumulated in the center by using the scraping board at the bottom of the scraping tank before it is discharged from the discharge pipe. Light floating scum is collected by the scum-scraping arm.

※ This product is used to scrape sludge settled in the round settling tank. The driving equipment is an epicyclic gear reducer design, having high efficiency and reducing power consumption.

Driving equipment structure

The driving equipment is composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a torque indicator, a small gear, and an inner gear ring. On the turbo-reducer, a torque indicator and an overload protection device are installed. When the equipment is over-loaded, the overload protection device will set forth an alarm timely and cut off power. The torque indicator will show the output torque value in operation. The core gear components of our product are made of high quality nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel with carburizing heat treatment (HRc60°), able to resist high instantaneous shock, increasing the transmission efficiency.
